A new account: on the sign-in screen, No account yet? Create one for free opens the sign-up page on indivia.app. Type your email and a password (10 characters at least), then click the link in the email we send. Your household starts on the Free plan. The free trial starts only when you press its button in Your profile, Subscription and payment (Plans and payment).
Signing in: your email and your password, or Continue with Google when your Google account uses the same email. The first time, the app sets up the second step and asks for a PIN for this device (Your account and sign-in).
Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen emails you a link to choose a new one.
An invitation: a person of a household invites you from Settings, Account and security, Invite a person. You get an email with a Choose my password link (it works once). Then open the app and sign in with that email.
You already use Indivia? The email holds a Join the household link instead: you keep your sign-in, and your own household is closed. It works while your household is empty: nobody else in it, nothing synced, no paid plan. Otherwise the page says what to do first (export and delete your data, or cancel your plan). After joining, your devices are signed out: sign in again.
A household has up to 6 people, you included.
