Free keeps everything on one computer, without sync; backups to a folder you choose are included. Basic Connected adds sync between your devices and your household, a copy on the server (backed up for 14 days) and the phone apps. Investor adds daily closing prices, returns, allocation and fees, the dividend forecast and the tax pack. Real-Estate Investor adds property management (units, tenants, leases, detailed expenses).
Your profile, Subscription and payment, shows your plan. An owner of the household can try Real-Estate Investor free for 28 days without a card, when ready (once per email and per computer, after confirming the email with the link we send; the button shows the trial on offer), choose a plan (paid by card in the browser), upgrade to a higher plan right in See the plans (the difference for the rest of the period is charged at once, and a short setup then asks only what the new plan needs), change the card or go to a lower plan with Manage payment (from the end of the period paid), and cancel at any time.
When you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged. The app asks one optional question (why you cancel): answer it only if you want; it helps us improve Indivia. When a plan ends, you are on Free. Sync and the paid features stop until you choose a plan again. What you entered only for Investor or Real-Estate Investor is hidden, left out of totals and reminders, and kept 365 days: the app and an email warn you 30, 14, 5 and 1 days before, and on the day it is deleted. Choosing the plan again before then brings it all back. Files attached to it are kept on the device, but the app no longer opens them: Save my files puts them in a ZIP. When hidden costs changed a property’s cost base, the property says so, and after an upgrade it offers to put the cost back. Export all my data still includes the hidden data.
The server keeps its copy of your data for 12 months after the plan ends. The owners of the household get an email 30 days and 7 days before it is deleted; choosing a plan before the date cancels the deletion. Only the server’s copy is deleted, never the data on your devices: with a plan later, your devices send it again.
An email reminds you 3 days before a free trial ends. Stripe sends a receipt for each payment, an email when a payment fails and a reminder 7 days before a yearly plan renews.
Prices are before sales tax: GST, HST or QST is added at checkout where it applies.
Codes and free access. An owner can type a promo code, a free-months code or a referral code in See the plans, Have a code?: the app says what it gives before you pay, and a discount is applied on the payment page. Indivia may also give your household free access to a plan until a date; Your profile shows it, and your card isn’t charged twice. When free access ends you are back on the plan you pay for, or on Free with all your data. With Invite a friend, you get your own link to copy or send by email, text message or Share…; the link fills in the code. When the household you invite pays its first payment, you both get a free month 30 days later, if that payment wasn’t refunded or disputed and wasn’t made with one of your own cards. Each household gets a free month of its own plan (Basic Connected if it is on Free), your next card payment is pushed back past it, rewards add up, and you can get up to 12 a year. Invite a friend shows the friends who joined and the rewards waiting and given.
Your plan on your devices. The app keeps a signed note of your plan that it checks without the internet, also after you sign out. If a card payment is disputed with your bank, the plan ends at once. A household has up to 6 people (you included); write to support if you need more.
Names in bold are the pages, tabs and buttons as the app shows them.
