At the top of the Help page, Ask how to enter something writes the steps for your own case. Describe what happened in your own words, for example a refinancing with a penalty and notary fees, then press Ask.
The answer is made from Indivia’s help, with the names of your institutions, properties and loans, and links that open the right page. It is written by AI: check each step before you save. Something wrong? Write to support@indivia.app.
Under the box, the app says where your question goes and what is removed before it leaves. No amount is ever sent, and nothing is kept.
The box shows how many questions are left this month; they start again on the 1st. It shows only when your plan includes it (Plans and payment).
Names in bold are the pages, tabs and buttons as the app shows them.
