Revenue and expenses: rent, taxes, insurance, repairs… each with its category, which follows the T776 and TP-128 lines. Attach a receipt photo or a PDF. Rental items paid from a personal account can be entered from the bank account too. Import a file reads a property manager’s statement or your own spreadsheet (CSV).

Recurring: rent on the 1st, yearly taxes, insurance. When one comes due it waits on the To confirm list (Real estate Overview): confirm it as is, with changes, or skip it.

Cash flow: the money in the bank accounts linked to the property, month by month, past and coming: recurring entries, loan payments, planned repairs, and the repair allowance and vacancy you set (Accounts and allowances). A minimum cash warns you before the balance goes under it. Several properties can share one account.

On the Real estate Overview: Shared expenses split one bill between several properties, Mileage turns your trips into a vehicle expense per property, and Your management time shows each property’s cash flow after your hours.
