Anything that ends or comes due can warn you: a mortgage renewal, a lease end, a car lease, home insurance, a subscription, a contract, property taxes, a late rent…
Settings, Warning defaults, sets how long before each type warns you (a mortgage term 6 and 4 months before, a monthly bill 30 days before…) and how this device warns: a window in the app, an email, a phone notification. Each item can still have its own warning; changing a default changes every item that follows it.
Recurring entries that come due wait on To confirm (Real estate and Home budget). The Ending soon window lists what ends on the reminders you chose.
On a phone, Settings, Alerts on this phone, turns the notifications on.
